Our food contains new innovative reuse of plants and fish products to better our planet. By up-cycling a variety of items that would normally be thrown away, we can use for food or fertilization. Spent grains from breweries, hemp leaves from CBD or fiber producers, and leftover fish bones or tails into fish amino acids. These are just a few ways we up-cycle our food.
